Technical Customer Support Engineer

The person will support the execution of the total quality activity to ensure that the organization’s products and services are conform to technical specifications, perform reliably, meet internal and external quality expectations and comply with all relevant standards, regulations, licenses and certifications.
The position reports to Product Quality Supervisor of LEM Bulgaria

Main tasks
  • Responsible for technical customer support in Industry business - understanding, developing and promoting appropriate solutions and product concepts for Industry Segment needs;
  • Take into account new technical demands and provide response within expected lead-time;
  • Participate in launching and follow-up of new adaptation projects;
  • Prepare quotations and business cases in collaboration with Sales, R&D & Operations;
  • Organize technical trainings;
  • Contribute to the implementation of support activities (databases, technical papers, etc.);
  • Engineering University degree;
  • Previous experience on a similar position with sound technical knowledge;
  • A market-driven approach with the ability to determine technical priorities and tailor products to the markets LEM serves;
  • Fluent in spoken and written English;
  • Customer oriented with excellent communication skills;
  • Competent, agile and autonomous;
  • Proactive, organized, committed to milestones and deadlines;
  • Experience in a Production site will be considered as an advantage;
