Reporting to the Head of Sales, Western Europe, the incumbent’s mission is to provide effective customer and sales channel support ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.
With the support of headquarters she/he will manage quality function related to new product development, product adaptations and modifications according to the customer requirements (APQP) and “Made By LEM” standard.
This position is part of our Quality department and reports to Quality Manager of LEM Bulgaria and with dotted line to R&D Quality Manager in Geneva.
The person will support the execution of the total quality activity to ensure that the organization’s products and services are conform to technical specifications, perform reliably, meet internal and external quality expectations and comply with all relevant standards, regulations, licenses and certifications.
The position reports to Product Quality Supervisor of LEM Bulgaria
He/she will ensure that the ASIC is developed according to the ISO 26262 as the ASIL level is now a mandatory requirement for all our final automotive customers. He/she reports to the ASIC team manager and will have strong interactions with the functional safety manager.
Major contributor to guarantee the quality and reliability in order to ensure that the automotive functional safety standards (ISO 26262) are achieved and maintained for LEM current measurement sensors for automotive applications.
You shall work within a project team and are responsible for the electronic and magnetic design of new transducers. Additionally you shall test your designs and measure and characterize the electrical parameters of the product. Your expert knowledge shall also be used to answer questions from other departments (Sales, Product Management, Production) relating to the new and existing products.
In close contact with his/her design team, he/she will contribute to the company leadership in the development of products and manufacturing lines, bringing projects to successful completion (on time, at the right cost and quality level) in accordance to the latest best practices, customer requirements and on-going regulations..

The function reports to the GM LEM Europe. Efficient and effective customer and sales channels support is needed for notable contribution to customer satisfaction and finally for the achievement of company and sales targets. This position will develop into a full-fledged Sales engineer role in a mid-term horizon.
My work is different everyday. I’m working on several different subjects in the same week. I’m really satisfied for a first experience post-Master!
