Remarks:

  • Bipolar currents measurements
  • Standard models with the additional Ref pin:
    • provide access to the internal voltage reference of the ASIC which can then be fed to the reference of an A/D (Analog Digital) converter
    • or can receive the external reference (from 2 to 2.8 V) of the DSP (Digital Signal Processor) or A/D converters commonly used in Power Electronics allowing cancellation of the reference temperature drift.
  • With SP1 models the internal reference is ratiometric (intial output offset at no primary current at +25°C is equal to Vc/2 volt)
