此职位向汽车研发项目经理汇报.

Main tasks

Design and feasibility studies:

  • Be in charge of the embedded electronic board for current transducers.
  • Be able to analyze electrical specifications and propose signal conditioning solutions.
  • Mainly analogue signal conditioner oriented, he /she must be also able to propose digital solutions.
  • As electronic engineer, he /she will develop new products or upgrade existing product.
  • He /she will build prototypes, define test jigs, execute evaluation and prove technical feasibility.
  • He /she will define test plan in accordance with customer requirement.
  • He /she will define the setting of large volume calibration equipment.
  • He / she must propose innovative solution in collaboration with the engineering and design team.

Design for manufacturing:

  • Work closely with the R&D project teams to optimize design.
  • According the situation she/he must become an electronic / measurement expert

Team building:

  • Solution provider, he will be a part of the project team.
  • Must be recognized as electronics leader in the project team.
Skills

Skills and professional background:

  • 5+ years of direct experience in electrical engineering design (Automotive or Large volume applications and overseas manufacturing, ).
  • University or equivalent technical degree in electrical engineering.
  • Expertise in analog circuits for tests & measurements, circuit prototyping.
  • Programing skills (Labview, C, Testand).
  • Must be familiar with applicable codes and standards used by the automotive industry.
  • Experience in magnetic materials, Hall cells or magnetic sensors will be a plus.

Fluent in English, French is an asset Desirable:

  • Experience with Motor electrical inverters, Battery management, Battery charging applications.
  • Experience in power electronic.
  • Micro-electronic or Asic background will be appreciated.
  • Simulation tool experience (Electrical, Magnetism).
  • Know and see the benefit of using the Six Sigma tools (i.e. Capabilities, SPC …).
  • Micro-controller programming basis / Software.
