HLSR - 电流传感器

HLSR 系列电流传感器专为精确测量直流、交流和脉冲电流而设计,同时在一次侧和二次侧电路之间提供电隔离。基于开环霍尔效应技术,HLSR 系列可为广泛的工业应用提供可靠且精确的电流测量。

该系列涵盖多种电流量程,包括 10、20、32、40 和 50 ARMS,测量能力可达 2.5 × Ipn,确保在动态工作条件下仍能保持高精度。所有 HLSR 传感器均专为 PCB 安装设计,提供两种机械版本:用于通孔安装的 HLSR‑P 和用于表面贴装的 HLSR‑SM。其紧凑且独特的设计仅占用 3.87 cm² 的 PCB 面积,高度为 12 mm,非常适合空间受限的设计。

在 HLSR 系列中,根据具体型号的不同,传感器可提供模拟电压输出数字输出。模拟版本提供电压参考,具有低偏移和低增益漂移的特点,且响应时间短。数字输出型号集成了板载 sigma-delta 调制器,并输出脉冲密度调制 (PDM) 比特流,从而实现了更高的精度和灵活的数字信号处理。

HLSR 系列的数字输出选项包括 2 线 CMOS、2 线 RS422 曼彻斯特编码和 2 线 LVDS 曼彻斯特编码接口,支持 16 ARMS 至 50 ARMS 的电流测量范围。所有型号的 HLSR 系列均提供紧凑、多功能且高性能的解决方案,可满足现代工业电子系统中对高精度、隔离式电流测量的需求。
