At LEM, sustainability continues to guide how we operate, innovate, and grow. With the release of our third Sustainability Report, we reflect on a year marked by resilience, progress, and a renewed focus on what matters most, building a business that performs sustainably over time.

In a year shaped by evolving regulations and a changing global landscape, we have remained committed to our principles. We have refined our strategy to better align with short-, medium-, and long-term priorities, while continuing to integrate sustainability into our business practices and operations.

As a key player in the energy transition and e-mobility ecosystems, LEM is well-positioned to contribute to a more sustainable future. From product innovation to workforce engagement, our ambition is clear: to be part of the solutions that will shape tomorrow’s transition.

Key Highlights from the 2025/2026 Report

  • 100% renewable electricity across all LEM sites 
  • Carbon neutrality (Scope 1 & 2) achieved in FY 2025/26 
  • Strong commitment to 90% reduction in Scope 3 emissions by FY 2040/41 
  • 1,626 employees worldwide, with a balanced workforce: 53% female / 47% male 
  • 7 active Green Committees driving local sustainability initiatives 
  • 241 employees engaged through 26 Climate Fresk workshops
  • ISO 45001 certification achieved across our main production sites 
  • New Sustainable Purchasing Policy and strengthened supplier engagement 
  • Publication of a Modern Slavery Statement and refreshed Environmental Policy 
  • LEM becomes a signatory of the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs)

At LEM, sustainability starts with our people. Over the past year, we have continued to invest in training and awareness, ensuring that every employee understands their role in contributing to a more sustainable business.

From Climate Fresk workshops, including participation at Board level, to new initiatives around diversity, equity, and inclusion, we are building a culture where individuals are empowered to act. Our newly published DEI policy and ongoing work on female empowerment reflect this commitment.
