Privacy Statement Addendum for U.S. Residents

This US Privacy Addendum supplements the LEM Privacy Statement posted in www.lem.com and applies to personal data collected from individuals located in the United States who access or interact with LEM sites.

Scope of Data Collection

We may collect and process personal data from U.S. residents who:

  • Visit our websites, portals, apps we own or operate;
  • Participate to live events that we host, trade shows and other sites and public events;
  • Purchase or use of our products, solutions, applications or services;
  • Submit contact forms or inquiries;
  • Subscribe to newsletters or marketing communications;
  • Engage with our services or digital content;

We may also obtain and combine personal information from different sources (e,g. from you, from a device associated with you or your household, from our affiliates or from your company; from a third-party source)

If we inadvertently collect sensitive personal information (e.g., precise geolocation, health data), we will handle it in accordance with applicable U.S. privacy laws and provide appropriate opt-out mechanisms.

Retention and Deletion

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined above or as required by law. You may request deletion at any time.

Updates to this Addendum

We may update this US Privacy Addendum to reflect changes in legal requirements or our data practices. Updates will be posted on our website with the effective date.
