We are looking for our team in Tver, Russia for a Sales Engineer.

The position includes maintenance and development of sales; promotion of LEM brand, equipment and products; as well as tasks related to the competition in place.

Main tasks
  • Serving existing customers and projects;
  • Searching and following new projects and applications;
  • Commercial and technical offers to customers;
  • Technical consultations to customers and other interested parties;
  • Agreeing the supply contracts with customers;
  • Managing customer data, customer and marketing documentation;
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers and other parties of interest;
  • Marketing communications to the interested parties;
  • Communicating customer specific requirements to LEM internal involved parties;
  • Managing Customers' sales Forecast;
  • Collecting market information through different channels;
  • Reporting on the monthly results and relevant market information, including information on competitors. Report by request;
  • Following applicable LEM methods, rules, procedures.
  • Higher technical education – Electronics engineer;
  • Experience and proficiency in sales of technically complex products;
  • Computer skills - MS Office;
  • Intermediate or Upper-Intermediate English;
  • Compliance to LEM Values and Code of Conduct;
  • Adherence to goals set and strategy;
  • Team player;
  • Aspiration and capability to acquire knowledge and experience;
  • Conscious activity and responsibility;
