Sylvain Lieb - SVP People and Sustainability
Sylvain Lieb brings over 20 years of leadership experience across Human Resources, Sustainability, and General Management. He is dedicated to aligning people, performance, and environmental responsibility to support and drive organizational growth. Over the past 25 years, he has supported and contributed, to various high-performing teams in sales, engineering, strategy, operations, boards, and investors, serving as an analyst, controller, or CFO. His firsthand experience with fast growth, turnarounds, new product innovations, market shocks, and large corporate transactions has shaped his business approach, emphasizing high customer service, continuous value creation, and talent empowerment.
