CAS – Fluxgate current sensors
The CAS Series consists of compact Fluxgate‑based current sensors designed for precise electronic measurement of DC, AC, and pulsed currents in industrial applications. Covering nominal current ranges typically from 2 to 50 A RMS, CAS sensors provide galvanic isolation between the primary and secondary circuits and operate from a single +5 V supply.
Optimized for PCB mounting, CAS current sensors feature three primary pins and an integrated conductor layout that supports accurate measurement of small currents.
Their Fluxgate sensing principle ensures very low offset and gain drift, with a measuring capability extending up to 3 × Ipn, making the CAS Series particularly well suited for applications requiring high stability and precision without reference voltage management.
