HOYL Series – Hall Effect Current Sensors for Large Busbars
The HOYL Series is a range of open‑loop Hall‑effect current sensors optimized for industrial applications involving large busbars and high primary currents.
Like the HOYS Series, HOYL sensors are mounted directly on the busbar and provide accurate measurement of DC, AC, and pulsed currents up to 800 Arms, with full galvanic separation.
HOYL current sensors combine short response time, low offset and gain drift, and an integrated overcurrent detection output set at 2.93 × Ipn, enabling effective monitoring and protection in demanding installations. Their larger mechanical size makes the HOYL Series particularly suitable for systems where conductor dimensions and spacing require increased aperture and mounting flexibility in industrial power applications.
