LEM releases its 2024/2025 Sustainability Report

At LEM, sustainability is more than a commitment—it’s a journey we take together. As we publish our second standalone Sustainability Report, we reflect on a year of meaningful progress, bold action, and collective effort across our global teams.

Despite a shifting regulatory landscape and ongoing global challenges, we’ve stayed true to our strategic priorities. Our 2024/2025 report showcases how we continue to embed sustainability into every layer of our business—from our operations and supply chain to our people and leadership.

• Confirmation of the emission reduction targets with 90% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions by FY2025/26, and Scope 3 by FY2040/41.
• 99% renewable electricity across our sites, thanks to a mix of onsite generation, direct purchases, and Energy Attribute Certificates.
• Successful shift from air to sea and rail freight, reducing our transportation emissions by 37% for our intracompany freight.
• 170 employees participated in Climate Fresk workshops, deepening climate awareness and action.
• Continued investment in people, including a year-long leadership program and a new resilience and growth mindset toolkit.
• Launch of a new Procurement Risk Assessment and Supplier Sustainability Assessment to strengthen ESG engagement with vendors.

With over 1,600 employees and six active Green Committees, our people remain the driving force behind our sustainability journey.
