HXN Series – Compact Hall Effect Current Sensors
The HXN Series is a streamlined family of small‑size Hall‑effect current sensors dedicated to the measurement of DC, AC, and pulsed currents from 5 to 50 A, while ensuring galvanic isolation.
Like the HX Series, HXN sensors are designed for PCB mounting and emphasize compactness, light weight, and cost efficiency for industrial electronic systems.
HXN sensors occupy only 2.93 cm² of PCB area, deliver a voltage output, and support current measurement up to 3 × Ipn.
Unlike the broader HX range, the HXN Series is available in a smaller number of models and operates exclusively with a dual supply of ±12 to ±15 V, simplifying selection and system design.
Leveraging open‑loop Hall‑effect technology, the HXN Series provides reliable and accurate current sensing for industrial applications requiring compact, standardized solutions.
