DC, AC pulse currents' measurements from 5 to 30 A DC or RMS nominal with galvanic isolation.

PCM - Railway current sensors

The PointSenz PCM family is precisely optimized for the electronic measurement of bipolar DC currents while ensuring galvanic isolation between the primary and secondary circuits. These sensors, known as PCM (Points Condition Monitoring), are purposefully engineered for monitoring points in trackside applications, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of railway systems.

The PCM trackside current transducers are designed with a compact split-core design to facilitate maintenance and are intended for panel mounting. They feature a 15.6 mm aperture for the primary conductor to pass through. The PCM family operate based on the closed-loop Hall effect sensor principle, which ensures precise and reliable current measurements in railway trackside applications.
